No. Care runs month to month with thirty days’ notice either way, and there’s no exit fee.

Yes. Guests pick their dates, choose a room and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The money goes straight to your own account, not through a booking platform.

No. Most of the work happens by phone, email and video. We’ll visit if you’d like us to.

It depends on the size of the job: how many pages and rooms, and whether you want copywriting, photographs or booking. You get a written quote before any work starts, and nothing is charged that hasn’t been agreed.

We keep it running: hosting, security, backups, the domain and email on your own domain. Changes, search work and monthly reporting depend on the plan you choose.
